Non UK Dispatches

Our non UK customers should be aware that their purchases from our web site are charged at ZERO UK VAT.

As the UK is no longer part of the EU, all alcohol purchases arriving in your country will be subject to inspection by your countries Customs Services who will thereafter charge you a handling charge, duties and import tax before they will release your purchase to you.  There will be a delay in recieving your package during customs inspection.  This is the same for any purchases arriving into your country from outside the EU.  Tax will be charged at your countries tax rate for imported alcohol.  These charges are totally outwith our control.   Your package will not be released without payment of taxes etc and may only be kept for 5 days before being returned to us.

Should you decide to refuse to pay your countries charges and your package is returned to us the following will apply

• you will be charged for return courier services
• we will refund the cost of your purchase, minus the cost of courier services if your bottle/purchase is still in a resaleable condition.
