Ideal for when the weather is chillier and you’re longing for those darker, sweet flavours. A boozy chocolate frangipane cake in a glass.

Ingredients

50 ml Arran Barrel Reserve
20 ml Amaretto
20 ml Creme de cacao Brown
20 ml Pear Liqueur
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

    Add all ingredients to shaker.

    Hard shake over ice.

  3. 3

    Serve straight up in a prechilled glass.

  4. 4

    Serve with an almond cookie or shortbread on the side.
