Crispy Fino Single Malt Cocktail

Dark and mysterious, for lovers of contrasting flavours! A slightly unusual combination of ingredients for a cocktail that stands firm in length.

Ingredients

50 ml Arran 10 Years Old
20 ml Fino Sherry
20 ml Cynar
10 ml Simple Syrup
10 ml Vinegar (Sushi or Apple if available)
1 barspoon Absinthe (min. 60%)

Method

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to shaker.

  2. 2

    Hard shake over ice.

  3. 3

    Serve straight up in an Absinthe-washed, prechilled glass.

  4. 4

    Garnish with a salty snack.
