Al Fresco Single Malt Cocktail

Summer

Tall, fresh and sharp. Not for the faint-hearted but ideal for those who like their summer drinks to pack a punch!

Ingredients

50 ml Arran Barrel Reserve
15 ml Yuzu juice
10 ml Agave Syrup
1 slice Ginger
10 ml Rich Oaked Red Wine
Lemon Soda

Method

  1. 1

    Muddle ginger and agave in a shaker tin.

  2. 2

    Add Arran Barrel Reserve, Yuzu juice, ice and shake well.

  3. 3

    Double strain over ice.

  4. 4

    Top up with Lemon Soda and add a 10 ml red wine float.
