This first-fill ex-bourbon barrel opens with distinctive notes of peach, vanilla and aniseed is bottled at 58.1% ABV without chill filtration or artificial colouring

candied fruit, pressed apple juice, flaky pastry, hint of marzipan, slivered almonds

Palate
Tropical fruit medley note. Blood orange. A touch of peppery heat. With water, light notes of caramel come through.

Biscuity, sweet and dry. A slight linger of star anise.
