This special release from Lagg Distillery was matured for 30 months in Bourbon Barrels before receiving a six-month finish in small 55-litre ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is a richly layered Lagg Single Malt that combines the distillery's signature peat smoke with notes of dried fruit, sweet sherry influence, warming spice and oak richness.

Produced using Concerto barley and pure water from the distillery's own borehole, the spirit is peated to 50 PPM using peat sourced from North East Scotland, delivering a bold yet balanced smoky character.

Bottled at 50% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring, Lagg Batch 2 offers an authentic tasting experience that showcases the innovative craftsmanship of Lagg Distillery.
