UK Postal Services Industrial Action

We have been informed of planned Industrial Action by the UKs Royal Mail.   This will have an affect on our ability to have items delivered to you, both in the UK and Europe in a timeous manner.  It is thought that industrial action in any of the sub departments of the Royal Mail and Parcelforce will have a knock-on effect to our deliveries.

To minimise the possibility of your purchases going missing, we will delay dispatch of your order if it is likely to be delivered during individual days of strike action and dispatch it the day after strike action.

We are also informed that strike action may also prevent items you wish to receive ‘in a hurry’ from reaching you, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

There is no need to contact us, you will still receive notifications by SMS text and email and any delays should be minimal.
