                 Arran Malt & Music Festival

We have teamed up with CalMac to offer two lucky Arran Whisky fans the chance to join like-minded whisky fans at our 8th annual Arran Malt & Music Festival on 1st July this year! Come and celebrate our Single Malt and enjoy the friendly atmosphere and buzz of Festival day in Lochranza.
The Arran Malt & Music Festival, Lochranza – Saturday 1st July 2017.  Follow our event page on Facebook.
The Festival opens at 11am, ending at 5pm for a break before our evening ceilidh starts at 8pm.
What’s happening on the day?
Our Grand Marquee in the ground of our Distillery will be host to a selection of some of the best local musicians and musicians from the mainland all day long. Not to mention our ‘house band’ James and The Staves featuring Distillery Manager James MacTaggart and Sales Manager Andy Bell. At the evening ceilidh world class band Skippinish will be playing.
There will be Distillery mini tours and tutored tastings taking place all day long, and our Festival bottling will also be available to purchase on the day. We have a full programme of masterclasses, including the brand new Arran Whisky Cocktail Masterclass hosted by Edinburgh bartenders 'The Devil's Advocate'. This is a new class for 2017 and will take place in Rowan House, the private building of our Distillery Manager James which is not normally open to the public.
There will be food available to purchase on the day, including a fish and chip van! There will also be our traditional whisky bar, plus an additional cocktail bar giving you the chance to try something a little bit different! This year, for the first time, we will feature a bottle-kill bar with lots of unusual and highly sought after whiskies which are either in short supply or not usually available in the UK.
